CHRISTMAS RAFFLE PROMO
    October 15, 2022 to January 15, 2023
PROMO MECHANICS:
1.	Open to all Centro customers ages 18 years old and above. 
2.   Get (1) one electronic raffle entry for every P1,000 worth of purchase from October 15, 2022, to January 15, 2023.

4.	Participants must fill out the necessary details. Only valid and successful registrations will be qualified for the raffle draw:
    A.	E-mail Address
    B.	Customer’s Full Name
    C.	Municipality / City
    D.	Mobile Number
    E.	Date of Purchase 
    F.	Promo Code: (found on your Official Receipt)
5.	Grand draw will be on January 20, 2023 at Citistores, Inc. Main Office, 1408 East bank road, Brgy. Sta Lucia, Pasig City under the supervision of the assigned representative by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
6.	Total of 20 winners will win P10,000 worth of Gcash Credits each.
7.	Customers can only win once during the promo period.
8.	Winning Customers will be notified by registered mail and an email.
9.	To claim the prize, the winner must present the winning receipt and at least 2 government-issued IDs (i.e., Driver’s License, Passport, SSS, TIN, Voter’s ID etc.) to the designated store representative of the Centro Department Store branch of purchase indicated on the winning receipt from Monday – Friday only (business hours). Should the prize be claimed thru an authorized representative, the representative must bring the following when claiming the prize:
    A.	Winning Receipt
    B.	Authorization Letter with the winner’s signature
    C.	Photocopy of at least 2 valid government-issued IDs of the representative and
    D.	Photocopy of at least 2 valid government-issued IDs of the winner
10.	Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, rewards points, or products other than the prizes indicated above.
11.	All winners will only have sixty (60) calendar days to redeem their prize upon receipt of the registered mail. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Centro Department Store with prior approval from DTI. Centro Department Store shall not be liable if the winners did not receive the registered mail due to outdated personal information.
12.	In case of missing official receipt, it can't be replaced or re-issued.
13.	Employees of Centro Department Store, its concessionaires/vendors, accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and their family and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion. 
14.	Promo is available in all Centro Department Store branches nationwide.
